Whole Brain Awakening

This exercise is about opening up your whole brain and stimulating permission to awaken it even more.

a) Sit comfortably where you can be quiet for a few minutes. Close your eyes and bring your attention to the center of your head. Inside your skull, in the very center…

b) Turn your focus into that spot, right in the middle of your head… Be there. Be a dot of conscious awareness in the center of your physical head.

c) There you are, aware… your focus sharing physical space with your brain and all that is there, in the center of your head… Occupying that space. Be present and aware as a dot of concentrated energy.

d) Now expand your awareness as you increase the size of that dot… that dot of conscious awareness. Your conscious awareness. Whatever size you start with, double it. (If you start with a 2-inch dot, expand it to 4 inches.) Then keep expanding, little by little… go as slow as you wish… You want to fill your headspace all the way out to your skull. There’s no rush. Take your time.

e) It matters not if you notice a color, or what color it is… just focus on filling this whole space, the interior of your head, with this dot… expanding… conscious awareness. Keep breathing.

f) Now picture the brain matter that also fills your head… we’ve all seen pictures of what human brains look like… so just imagine your brain, however, you do… and now you’re going to take a walkabout in your brain, inside… move your awareness around, exploring the left and right hemispheres, the lobes, your brain stem, all the different areas in there… take an energetic walk around and through and inside that physical organ…

g) Move about, and as you do so imagine yourself turning on lights, waking rooms up… awakening… invite to awaken whatever you wish - improved memory, or better ability with current incoming, whatever… and increased intuition of course. Be just in one side, then the other, then only in the top, then go to the back, then to the bottom. Feel the richness inside your brain...
Please note: this may feel very real for some of you, and for others, you might think this is nothing BUT imagination, that there’s not really anything happening at all. It’s all good. We’re just beginning. Most of you do not yet trust your intuition and utilize your psychic awareness enough to fully get it. We begin where we are. Allow yourself to play make-believe… pretend you are doing the exercise… we’re working on loosening up your imagination.

h) Now see what happens if you flood that space with color… see a golden light everywhere here in your brain… What’s that like? Feel it, sense it, you might even smell it… What changes if the color changes… What if you choose a blue light permeating throughout… Just notice if anything changes.

i) Feel yourself being in the center there and radiating out in all directions… an expanding orb of conscious awareness… You could think of it as liquid light, your awareness flowing throughout the organ of your brain… healing her, thanking her, blessing her, valuing her. (Keep breathing…nice and slow…)

j) Now think about the figure 8 - or the infinity symbol, however you choose to envision that. Bring your awareness into that shape… and bring that shape into your head… inside, into the brain area… Use your imagination to draw that shape in and throughout your brain… left to right and back again… the double loop… Keep your eyes closed, keep breathing, and keep tracing back and forth… Play with it… Turn it on its side and trace it again, left to right and back again. You can change the size as needed, turn it on its side, turn it around… let it fill your whole brain… Keep going. Trace it back and forth five, six, ten times. Slowly and gently. No rush. This is a play experiment, not a job assignment. Take it lightly. No need to stress about it. If it feels tiring or you feel uncomfortable, it’s okay to stop.

k) When you feel done, bring your awareness back into the center, to that small ball of light and concentrated awareness… gently expand out again, letting light fill every nook and cranny. Hold this expanded position for a couple of minutes and flood your mind with your intention to be more whole brained, to able to access more of your whole brain’s intuitive awareness.

l) To close, take four deep breaths, exhaling fully. Then start moving about in your body. Perhaps a gentle stretch. Loosen your shoulders, gently slowly rotate your head a bit. Massage your neck and shoulders. Go slow and easy. Rest if you need to. Notice how you feel.
